Looking for supports feedback

two topics alts and oasis update

first off alts i have read every forum post i can find about alts on the forums and ask for clarification from support ingame and this is the conclusion i have come to.
WE ARE aloud to have and play alt account as seperate entities, but ARE NOT to use alts i quote " under one device" for any form of cheating or enhancing game play to ones main account by
feeding
pp feeding
scamming
spamming
avoiding mutes

all the above are a complilation of violations Now my question is if you have 2 devices and both devices have accounts on the same server can they be used to assist eachother since the devices are seperate and the accounts are seperate i can get no definittive answer from anyone and there is no info on using multiple account with multiple devices anywhere that i cant find. from what i can tell i would be no different then having my friend sitting right next to me with his device on my server and we both team up to rail the same person which is aloud from what ingame support has said.


number two oasis

i have noticed about 1weeek or more ago haypi updated how oasis timers work they would last 24 hours before they degrade 1 level if during this time an enemy or a friend in another alli or your alt took your oasis and you took it back the timer would reset. lately the timer does not reset. i would like info on how the oasis timers work now seeing as i can find no info what so ever on a patch or update that was rolled out . please assist me in thee matters thank your for your time and help in these issues and ty for all your hard work on making this game continually enjoyable

almost 24 hour mark and still no reply from support. anything else i can do to speed up reply or if there is more info on the topics i posted please let me know through a link. thanks for your time in this matter

well over the 24 hour mark and still no reply i have put a significant amount of money into this game and this is disheartening to have support ignore a paying customer. with this thread titled the way it is i figured support would have replied already. guess not

Please realize that the world does not revolve around YOU. Support has hundreds of tech problems and complaints to answer every day, and can't wait on hand and foot for a single "paying customer" so I think it's reasonable to wait a few days. It took more than two weeks for support to replace my alliance cats that I'd lost to a glitcher, and I didn't go whining on forums about it. Wait another two weeks, and then you can talk

I can say that in response to your first question, the answer is theoretically, you should not use that acct on a different device to help you in any way. This would be a violation of the TOS. However, I can't see anyway that the acct could be proven to be an alt of yours as it is being played on a different device, so it is really a question of your personal code of ethics.
If you walked into a bank, and there was no one at all there, and the vault was wide open with bags of gold bricks spilling out, would you take one if there's no chance of ever being caught? It's not your gold, but who would know that you were actually a thief? The players with two devices/accts on the same server are faced with a similar dilemma. who would know you're cheating except for you?

I don't know the answer to the oasis question because I rarely use oases and haven't occupied one in weeks.

As for your other posts, have patience. If support is inclined to answer you, they will, but like most people with a 9-5, they don't work on the weekends, so it's rare to see them post on a Sunday. Truth is, support politely requests that these kind of questions be asked through their email. While there's no harm in posting here, don't be dismayed if support doesn't answer.

taem96 ty your the only helpful post on here i dont understand why people come on another persons thread to put them down. some people i guess are si unhappy and unsecure in there life they have to demean other to boost there own self up to be "better" it has been 5 days and no reply i will check back again in several more hopping they may have made time for a paying customer. again taem96 ty for your assistance.
