banned for nothing and not getting help

This game ment so much to me. It was my past time and addiction. But I got banned for "trading coins" how is that even possible? I sent all receipts and even my credit card transactions to them to prove i was inocent. But they never replied. I even offered to pay for any coins that they said i didn't pay for. I didnt have any coins when I got banned and the last time I received any was from a refferal. I think that it got counted as giving me coins but idk. I played by the rules and have never been warned or anything. They don't answer my emails even after i sent all my reciepts. Support just doesnt care.

this is not the first time i have herd of this happening, it seems support is worse that usual lately. Perhaps you may find some help in this thread that is a similer situation.

Its a load of poop that they ban people for nothing. Half of the people would pay to be unbanned like me.

People do not get banned for "nothing." It is quite implausible to assume support singles out individuals for unwarranted and random banning.

As is always the case, we aren't getting the whole story here, and I would implore others to not be so hasty in their judgement of the issue.

@the original poster: this is a public forum. You should refrain from airing your personal issues here. There are other avenues that are more effective means of settling grievances with support, like their email. Remember that like most working people, the support staff does not cater to your needs 24/7, but rather during working hours.
