do you get banned from buying coins cheaper from a sight other than paypal or itunes?

If you didn't here about the website from Haypi, or no official announcement was made about it, then it could be illegal. But If a website offers you anything for a supposed "lower price" it's probably a scam :/

its kinda like stealing, probobly a scam, and you would probobly get in a lot of trouble if not banned for stealing coins.

Game Play
Game play is what Haypi Kingdom is all about, and the Company strictly enforces the rules that govern game play. The Company considers most conduct to be part of the Game. Nonetheless, certain acts go beyond what is "fair" and are considered serious violations of these Terms of Use.
