Support where are you?

Could someone please wake up support93? I really need their help, or the help of another support, I lost my troops due to a crash but support isn't answering their mail...

Support is usually online for each server during business hours in their time zone... not only letter -- but send an email with your server number as part of the subject line -- i.e.:

"s93: Lost Troops Issue"

Then in your letter and email explain exactly what happened and why, exactly what you lost, and exactly what needs to be returned to you (i.e. I need the return of my 23,145 archers, not just "my troops").

sorry for the inconvenience, we follow our work routines. commonly speaking if your letter has been sent successfully, the letter will be attended to within 72hrs.
