Alternate Accounts--Let's get some verification

(Please note that I have never been punished in any way for alt usage so this is not a crying--I want answers--sort of post, this is for betterment of the game.)

So, after spending a solid 3 trips looking through the In-game Haypi Rules I have found that there is in fact NO rules regarding alternate accounts. There are NO rules regarding feeding prestige. There are NO rules regarding attacking for resources or pinning or countless other things. So, my question is, can we please get some verification on alternate account usage.

If you have, say, two accounts, created from the level 10 create new account task on the same server, are these things still against the rules? It would seem the only rule actually written that is broken by alt usage is that most people do not obtain them legally.

If it is actually those certain acts, then is there anyway they can be added to the rules. It seems somehow unfair to punish players for things that are not written anywhere for them to know.

Here's the things that are not anywhere in the rules
1) Using alternate accounts to pin
2) Using alternate accounts to feed prestige
3) Using alternate accounts to gain money for main account
4) Using alternate accounts to join another alliances/chat on wc ("spy")
5) Using alternate accounts to help steal cities
6) Using alternate accounts as resource farms
7) Using alternate accounts to refresh oasis
8) Using alternate accounts to refresh mines

In general people say "anything that is used to benefit a main account" is against the rules. Well, ADD IT TO THE RULES. And then, after you add it, post a detailed explanation of alternate account usage to the forums. That way anybody can see exactly what things are against the "rules" (even though there doesn't currently exist anything).

Side note: at the bottom of the agreement it says Haypi 2009-2011...might want to update that.

from what i hear it cannot be used to benefit main account, ie feed money pp, crops etc or to starve people for your main account to hit, but it can be used individually

So here's the thing. 
There's legal ways to make alts and admin has always chosen to respect a players choice in doing so. 
At the same time, it has been made clear time and again, through supports actions and countless forum posts, what it means to play fair, even the terms of service have an extensive bit on what the company deems fair and whatnot.
One of the things that stands out is this:

B. Anything that the company considers contrary to the "essence" of the game.

In light of this, Thomas has said:

Please note* Rules may be added at any time at the discretion of the admins.

There's no point to argue this now. It's the way it's always been and you signed off on it as its in your TOS.

Now the above ss is an example of the support staff taking initiative and making the call. It has been proven that the outlook on such actions varies from server to server.

I say this should not be a concern. 
I think you and everyone else is well aware of any action you might do that erodes the competitive nature of the game. You know if you have an unfair advantage just the same as you'd know when someone has an unfair advantage over you.

It is our charge to police each other, and always has been. If you think someone is being unfair or cheating, shoot support an in game message. They'll read it.

That's what I mean. It wouldn't be hard for support to come up with precise things that are against the rules. As Taem said, the rules vary from server to server. This is not right either. When a merge happens, for example, four different support get passed to a single one. All the players from the other supports are going to be subjected to new rules without notification or warning? That seems unfair.

If it is added to the rules and support makes a united stand against or for certain game tactics then the discretion is reduced, people start playing by the SAME rules and a lot of the cheating accusations that hinder the HK community are laid to rest

but getting in trouble for doing what use to be the norm is not fair.

Having a clear set of rules regarding alt usage would be very helpful. My advice is to check with your server support. I've noticed slight differences between servers. But like was mentioned earlier. You know when you have an advantage over another player. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that using an alt to pin not only frees up your attack slots, but gives you more than 5 hits on a player per day.
