Today I received a permanent chat ban for asking Support to transfer Alliance leadership because I wish to quit to fight in the army. He had ignored previous letters or gotten angered by them. But I ended up being chat banned for asking for help in World Chat, for wanting to quit? I simply have endured all Haypi Kingdom has to offer me, and wish for my alliance members, who are my friends, to be able to have an active leader do they can continue their haypi experience.G

Cybertron! Your chat ban is not due to asking help at all. On the contrary, our support team is glad to help our players at our utmost.
Alliance leader transfer had happened before in your alliance named Jazz on S118. When you asked this kind of transfer again, I had to refuse it according to our support rule.
Yesterday on S118 in World chat, you saw me speaking in world chat and began to asking me again about this issue. I had replied you before and my answer is no. Then you claimed that support and expert ignored your question etc. and send a lot of speeches in wc at that time just like spamming.
After I banned your account cybertron, you used your alt GodBow to pretend another person asking why cybertron got muted in WC again and again. You even claimed that you forwarded cybertron's letters in WC and argued that you are not Cybertron but his brother. You disguised replacement of concept and tried to slander support.
If you have complaints about the rule of leader transfer, you are supposed to send your idea or suggestion to our team instead of doing this. That's it! Jerry

I did not at all slander Support118, and in addition, I was implying the ignorance of myself due to the fact that many of my letters went unanswered. You are also implying that I am not allowed to quit the game without destroying alliance after asking for one last leadership change. It was not spam at all, just a very composed request asking for your help. Furthermore, do not accuse my brother of being an alternative account, since alternative accounts are banned by support anyway. You are asking me to throwaway my Alliace, my members/friends time, work, and money, In addition to real life money spent on coins for this game. I wish to discontinue the Haypi Kingdom experience, but not ruin my fellow members experience by throwing away all they have worked for. I don't even care about this permanent chat ban, as it doesn't matter if I am ALLOWED to quit as soon as I am able to transfer leadership.

Would also like to add this fact for you, falaron. Alliance Aftershock_103 had not one but two transfers of leadership. Shane1987 to Superfly88, and then Superfly88 to Kocelok. Thank you.

Jerry has explained the issue clearly.

We are more than willing to help transfer leadership, and we ask players to think twice before any decision has been made, therefore we cannot transfer the leadership for a certain alliance on a regular basis. Please understand that.

If you feel the chat ban is unfair or you need to file a complaint over any haypi staff, please email to kingdomsupport@haypi.com. But it needs to be done privately and meanwhile with concrete evidence.
