when will haypi fix the shop?

Mine hasn't worked since the last coin sale. strange how dragon shop loads instantly. sort it out the paypal method is alot of hassle and your support team take ages often replying with questions you've already answered in your original mail.

ive had trouble with the shop loading for a while. on my ipod and iphone. both up to date. with wifi or 3g. i know to sit there and wait for it to load. ill let it sit for hours sometimes and wait

Support keep saying it's an itunes issue, but as i said dragon loads the shop straightaway alone with all other apps. strange that "this itunes issue only effects hk"

yeah... it takes a while, but it eventually loads for me. im skeptical its itunes, but its not a major problem. i would much rather them worry about glitched armies and fixing their problems with alliance wars and people not getting coins directly after being purchased.

it's not getting the coins, the shop doesn't load period, i'm Iphone 4 latest IOS i've tried redownloading app , rebooting phone, 3G & Wifi (which i've checked) waiting upto 2 hours in some instances and no Joy. Support just say it's itunes, i've tried all my other apps they work as does (dragon) so i'm pretty sure it's not itunes. I've also spoken to several players who have had similar problems. But as Haypi aren't listening ( i know who would have thought it) nothings being sorted so i thought i'd post here to see if others have the same problem and raise this issue where more eyes than my server support can see it as i'm not 100% convinced they understand.

On another note i was told by a friend who's often in the know on these things that Kingdom's revenue streams have dropped significantly, hence the shift in focus to Dragon. I'm no Holmes but if your customers can't accces the shop your revenues will drop.

Also I know you can use paypal, but it's alot more hassle and your coins take several days to arrive, I persist as i'm very active and need them but your casual coin buyer just doesn't bother

It doesnt take someone in the know, to tell you that their revenue has dropped, but i would highly recommend being patient, because if it is a pronlem with haypi, it would take a new version to fix the issue, so it may take some time even if they are aware of the issue

Rushing them ain't gonna help. You can pretty much only wait.
