this is just 1 of many examples of support, doing its job. i know that sometimes when you people harass support, then support doesn't "help" the harassers, however, i think this is just a good example of how haypi as a community was willing to jump in and help 1 another. this is how haypi USED to be, and this is how haypi CAN BE, if everyone would would stop expecting things (skills, knowledge, coins, a silver plate) to just be handed to them. if we work together, as a community, then haypi can become like it used to be. not in the sense of the game, but in the sense of the community. players just have to be willing to stop complaining on the public forums about matters that don't need to be publicly displayed. even bashing haypi in front of the public, MAY influence a small handful of people, but the majority who aren't petty, wont be quite so influenced.

i don't want to be "two-faced" and say that i agree with everything haypi does (because i don't agree with EVERYTHING), but i do want to say that enough is enough. haypi is receiving (more and more every time i get on) too much criticism for their actions. some of their actions you may not agree with, but the criticism you give, usually goes too far.

i guess what im saying is, if you are reading this, you are probably a regular on the forums, however, if you aren't, please don't be like many of the whinny little kids who get on and create a forum account just to publicly announce they don't like support. IT IS EMBARRASSING. some things they need to, and will, fix. but until it is fixed, you should handle it in private. posting on the forums just to try and EMBARRASS support, is humiliating. please don't do it. learn and look at this really simple example of support, being just that... support.

I'm not against support I just wish they'd do their job more efficiently.
Maybe have the support Say hello in wc and answer some questions once a week.
Maybe have a calendar in the news centre with upcoming merges,pvp,events ect.
When someone asks why support hasn't responded an expert will typically say "they're on vacation,or they get the weekend off". I'm all for holidays but maybe just give us a heads up? Like a letter saying..."we don't work on The weekend so we'll respond to your letters ASAP on Monday morning".

A more efficient way to letter support with required fields such as "the time it happened","your comment,concern or help". So support doesn't have to ask "what time was did the attack happen?".

More frequent updates.

Support needs to communicate! A server can't just be down and support does nothing! No compensation,no letter. I mean cmon. Just give everybody 150 coins and alliances 500 so you don't have to go through endless mails asking for their army back.


And I agree that alot of people put uneccessary blame on support. 90% of problems are your own and you need to deal with them. Support isn't to be accounted for everything you do.
And as far as alliance wars go. Stop complaining!!! If you can't play alliance wars that means you can not come together and work as a team! And people against toilet seats?!? Oops medals I mean. Medals give other people praise. They work their butt out for the alliance. That is far more honorable than being lvl 20 and a snoot who doesnt donate anything.

But I guess I'm trying to say support isn't perfect and neither are the players. So support needs to improve and so should we. They can't expect us to spend cash on nothing. If they don't improve communication and hurry up and merge some servers, I don't even think this game will last another year:/

I dont think you read it all the way if you think im brown nosing. Im just sick of this crap filling up the forums when all it does is embarass someone. Put yourself in their shoes, even though you may be wrong, do you want to be embarassed in the process? Every time you mess up?

Support are people on the other end, and you cant bash them all the time or else you end up where we are now... Getting crashes without notification amd compensation.... Im not asking for you to think support is right or is perfec. Thats up to you. What im asking is that we rry a little, no, a lot harder, to be a community, that doesnt bash support to try to get them to do something. Its bullying, it really is. So i guesa if you want act like a bunch of high schoolers, keep it up. And it more than applys to support. Players, experts, they all get their share also. Support just takes the bulk of it.

first off suport gets so much hate cuz they deserve it.

out of nowhere they make alts against rules to do anything with? and expect everyone to know this? lots of ppl get in trouble for breaking a rule they didnt know existed...

no news on merges till one week?

or pvp till 2-3 hours before it starts?

cant we get a head up on anything?

what if servers go down and you loose your army...and if your droid you cant ss to proove anything you have to wait for support to look into it them self.

all these force close's and session time outs are annoying no other app does this at all.

they made the lvl 10 oasis much more common...not a bad thing but proof they dont tell us anything.

i hear there players who buy coins off web sites but haypi doesnt do anything cuz they get a share?

theres what 5-8 support for what 40+ servers? cant they hire more support so they can focus more time to a server instead of being spread thin...and wheres thomas?

so dont go and say players who bash support have no reason to do so or there just being whiny.support gives us plenty of reasons to complain ppl pay for a game they should get good quality.

but not all support is bad i think angela does her job very well...

i don't agree with all the hate towards support, certain things are beyond there control. However i do believe as customers we are entitled to express our disastifaction in a polite manner when we feel something is amiss.

Any rule changes should be explained in a System letter.

Support should make people aware that Haypi is a Chinese company and responces will only be looked at in a timeframe that suits the normal working day in China.

Also as i feel as Haypi dragon has taken off they have neglected (or placed less focus, will be the official line no doubt) Kingdom that's a fact. But as with any company that's portfolio expands so does it's revenues Haypi should employ more staff to deal with the increased demand of it's customers. If it fails to do that customers will refuse or be reluctant to spend money FACT!

All credit to HAYPI they have made some amazing games, but as with any company refuse to listen to your customers and no matter how good your game is it won't last.

support has changed... when it was just tracy, everything was fine and there was singularity. all the rules were the same and not up to interpretation by support... things always changge, evolve and move on but in one way or another haypi got too big and now its diseconomies of scale that we are seeing. eventually this will all be sorted and haypi will find a size that allows satisafaction and quality till then keep private stuff private... the whole world doesnt care what you lost cos posting here does absolutely nothing. on the other hand sometimes its the only way to grab supports attention... i figure all we need is a little maturity. now i know its hard for some folks to graasp but seriously even if yuou are immature at least pretend to be mature... at least while you want something doing
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?
