Forced Name Changes

As a player that has spent money and free time on this game, I've learned to respect a lot of fellow players - no matter their choice of naming.

Within Haypi Kingdom there are massive amounts of players that have acronyms, synonyms, purposely misspelled names, offensive names, names that are different languages that are actual foul words and just regular names.

I don't choose to judge a person simply by the choice they have made for their name. I judge them by their game play. I judge them by their form of speech. I judge them by their support to fellow players.

I have witnessed an alliance member come under fire due to his name possibly being offensive to english speaking players. It doesn't matter to anyone on our new server how long this player has spent establishing himself or his unending support to fellow members of our alliance and allies.

The problem I have about this situation is just this... If you are going to make one member change his name due to a few people being offended - then the entire "Haypi Kingdom" support & administrators need to crack down on all players with offensive names.

I do not believe this is a situation that deems a member being a whipping boy for the sins so many players in this game are guilty of.

Also, it is a bad choice to lock a post when players are showing support of each other. Is that not the whole point of this game? Making friends, making enemies, and generally having a good time? I've put money into this game myself and it was because of the great alliance I joined. I love my friends and hope to continue being able to play Haypi Kingdom with them. I also think we should be allowed to post our thoughts, non-offensive feelings and it be moderated only if we get offensive.

Again, I feel it is necessary to start correcting player names across the board from this point forward if Haypi Kingdom administrators really feel this particular person's name is that offensive.

As to this we are cracking down on names. Even some of our own experts have had to get there names changed. Everyone is equal and no one is above the law my dear concerned friend.

This is done in an effort to keep the world chat as clean and friendly as we can. We do try our very best, I can assure you of that. As for your alliance leader do not think that he has been the only one who has had to get a name change for there are many many others who've had to do the same.

This is how things work. It doesn't need to be Complicated and the faster you get it done the easier it is for everyone.

There should be a given rule set on what is allowed or not. Right now it is pretty much at expert discression on what is considered "unacceptable". We just want to know the line. Otherwise, alliance members named Bob.Job could worry that people might find it offensive and he would have to change it name before attacking anyone.

Not sure who you meant by alliance leader since no one here is it.

As a forum mod, it is our job to moderate post before it becomes a ruckus miserably.

We are and will do our utmost do change all the improper names as we have clarified in the last post, and we have fully respected our player and it's your freedom to send an alliance letter to boycott the name change but no matter happens, we should stick to the rules and make decisions for the sake of the most players.

Thanks for your criticism and we really appreaciate it and it will inspire us to fulfill our duty to the best of our capability.

The last but not the least, please change the improper name for the sake of most players and we are hereby asking you nicely again,and as your alliance member has stated, it is the time to show the choice you made for the game, your game play, your support to fellow players.

Again, I feel it is the perfect timing to start to change bad names so that is what are doing right now but we need your help.

Rules are meant to be held. When you register account it warns you not to use inappropriate or vulgar language. How could we even begin to think his name is appropriate if players are giving me a hard time for saying his name to warn him about something else.

How do you change names? My name is Vagistink which is actually a very common name where I come from but I'm told its offensive. But its not clear how to change it? Please can someone explain it. For my sake and my brother Anuleak.
