Server 89 - Empty server and clones

Haypi have screwed the pooch on this one!

I have raised an issue ages ago regarding the many many duplicated accounts on this server, however they hardly respond and have taken no action. This has lead to several individuals and an alliance to be ranked unfairly. Furthermore, the server is empty but now new servers are opened up, so it leaves us with hardly many people and a bunch of clones.

Haypi support - Why have you done nothing about this? Several people have told you about this, yet you do nothing. I spent money on coins, and I think you have shafted me but not up holding your EULA and closing the server too early. What is the process for a refund on this huh???

General public - Do other servers have these issues? Does support ever do anything about this?

From time to time they punish people for using alt accounts to their own advantage. There is currently a discussion on it here.

I'm not sure exactly how bad it is on s89, but on most servers, especially the merged ones, most people have access to at least one alt acct. Its a difficult task for haypi to weed through them. Also your server is probably full of ha_a accts that never really got used. All servers are like this. Haypi has to reserve server space/time in case these accounts come back to play.

Haypi isn't perfect, but they have made a good game overall. If you really aren't happy with your server, once you get to level 10 you can make another acct on a new one.

89 is actually pretty bad. One of the worst I've been on really. Maybe 20 people in chat a day. Altogether and it's only 1 week old. Pretty sure it's nowhere near full. It might just be getting opened up again though. Want proof look at nominations. Normally by now up to at least 4th page right now it's at 2nd I hope something gets done for it

Server 89 has 100s of clones, and they seem to be owned by only a few people judging by their actions/contributions/referrals.

I realise that level 10 means a new account, which may happen in the future. But having spent money on coins in hope that this server hangs around, I am pessimistic that a new server would be even better..

the known spammer accounts have been dealt with.
If there's new spammers please report them to us and we'll check.

The spammer accounts are still in the scoreboard, the owners of the clones are still in the leader board, and the main alliance that benefited from the cloning still retain prestige and mine. What has been done to deal with this?

Regarding server population. We are on row 160 out of 600, and its now stopped populating. 1/4 full.

They normally go to at least 250 plus I thought. Also regarding clones. I'd say they have been banned. As to alliance not sure. But they can't actually remove the clones from the server I don't think

On a previous server, I have seen people have adjustments made to undo the damage. In this particular case, some of the clone owners still appear to be active and untouched. Hmmm..

I thought all the clones got banned. Ss active ones and email them to kingdomsupport@haypi.com though. We want them gone
