A Haypi Good Bye
Long ago I gave this game 5 stars. Now I regret it.
I am one of the first people to play this game, and it was amazing for the first six months. I was an expert on several servers and was a top player in a few servers.
But then Haypi got selfish. They started adding stuff that made it harder and harder to not want to pay and you just couldn't resist. They added stuff that made it critical to buy coins in order to get anywhere. Like I said, they got selfish.
After that, I watched many of my long-time friends leave the game, to my disappointment. The complaints started rolling in, as did haypihacks. Who doesnt want to hack a game that makes people mad, but yet attracts many customers? It was quite interesting. Even more people started quitting. Haypi Days got more quite as the days progressed, as did the lack of players. The hackers were responsible for many server crashes. And with Haypi's greed, they lacked quality Customer support, with the intentions of having people spend even more.
Complaints rolled in about low activity amongst the servers, so they responded with merges. Everyone looked forward to the merges, as did I, but they weren't what most hoped for.
Haypi and their greed had shortened certain things in the merged servers so that there "would be more conflicts and excitement", but their real intentions were to roll in even more cashola.
Haypi then, with their greed higher then ever, finally, yes finally, turned the game upside down. They went and put a price on Haypi, thus bringing in mostly spenders, and making even more cash in the servers because of the spender Vs. Spender phenomenon.
There's a few reasons as to why Haypi has turned into a greedy bunch. But as I said, their lack of costumer support is a killer.
Their "support" cheats you out very often. The hackers crash the server, or Haypi has one of it's regular crashes, and you lose all of your troops witch you most likely spent tons of time and money on. You ask the dear support for help, and most of the time I noticed you get ignored, or ripped off.
Support tends to ban people without real reasons or evidence, thus all your time, hard work, lost sleep, and money is wasted. Wasted and never compensated for.
The most recent one is when support suggested I delete and reinstall the app. That was when I found out the app was $5. Ha! I took a glance and read, "#1 FREE MMORPG game! Play now and receive 30 free coins!". Well, Mr. Haypi, you just ripped me off $5 for something that did absolutely nothing for me, and your statements are false or misleading. The 30 coins is a "trial" to encourage you to buy coins and to show how overpowered you are with them.
I, for one, am fed up with Haypi. A total of $23,000 spent, and not a penny worth it.
Thank you,
