How to divide vices??

I looked all over the forum, even haypi guides for something but couldn't find it. Does anybody know hat the best way to divide your vices up? Ex. a vice for membership, war, alliance events ect. Anybody have ideas on this? Thanks!!

There can really be no set way to divide them up. It is different for each alliance because the skills of players will be different. You have to consider what they are best at if you want to assign jobs. A good talker would make a good recruiter. A high prestige player could make a good war general or whatever. You just have to know your vices and what they are good at. You also have to consider what times they are on. Ideally there will be at least 1 vice or leader on at all times.

Most of all, just go with what works. Talk to your allies and get their input, because its there alliance as much as it is yours.

Every alliance is different. If they're vices you should know them very well and be able to put them where they would be good and enjoy their time.

War Vice - General Of Wars And Starting Wars
Recruiter Vice - Does Background Checks On Players Applying To The Alliance
Information Vice - Socializes And Figures Things Out. Also Puts The Alliance Out To Be More Known
Alliance War Vice - In Charge Of Watching And Battling With The Alliance Army
5 Star General Vice - Oversees All The Other Vices And Creates Order Within The Alliance.
The List Can Go On And On. I Personally Don't Think That's Necessary, You Can Have All 5 Vices Vote And Work As A Team, Not Seperate Roles. Whatever Works For You I Suppose, Mate.
