How to beat max speed

How do you do it? I want to pummel these heavy coiners with max speed ie max enhancements. I have 100 speed plus lvl15 equipment that's enhanced to lvl 11ish.

Any info would be great that's related to my question. Sorry if this is not in the correct section.

theres two methods...
absolutely outpower them and make sure you have double there army.

forget about speed. go for max attack and max defence (consider the layout of a battle round)

Best way is to go into it with the opposite army type. If they have a cat army, you go in with arch/cav. If they have arch/cav army you go in with cats. That way the speed doesn't play as much of a role.

If they have cats, you will get first hit even if they have maxed speed with both your archers and your cav. If they have cav/arch you will get to hit them for a couple rounds before they can get to you.

Do practice battles with max speed people. You'll get used to how to command them. Blockers for your cats if you're using cats. Then retreat. Be patient if you're cav/arch. If you go too soon you'll be out of range.

To me, archers are the great equalizer vs faster speed, but they take a LOT of getting used to.

Also, commanding against offline lvl 20 enhances is pretty easy wins. My biggest hits are all vs top enhanced people.

Well There Is Many Ways In This. Decide What To Do, Reset Stats For Like Attack (Cat Army) Or Defense (Cav Army). Also The Simplistic Idea Is Have Alot More Troops Then Him, Wipe Him, Then Farm Him So He Can't Rebuild Easy. Be Careful Though, Could Mean A War Against Your Guys' Alliances. But Yeah...Also Try To Get An Army To Hunt Enhancement Stones (See Peoples Guides)...No Coins Needed AND You'll Be ALOT Stronger. Best Of Luck To Ya, Mate.

These are great answers, but let's assume your opponent isn't gonna just let you outnumber him so easy, and let's say he understands how to defeat shields.....what strengths do you have as the slower general?

Being slow gives you a very powerful and underrated advantage, the counterattack. Use this ability to your advantage, one unit I feel benefits the most from the counter is the infantry unit. Consider deploying mass infantry vs those pesky max speed cav armies, and you just may be surprised at the results. Those inf will incur a nice attack penalty on the cav, and pound for pound, the inf are actually stronger.

Speed is a good thing, but very often it can be detrimental to a generals outlook on the battle. Use his confidence against him and shock him with an upset.

Pftt. Make 1000,50k,100k,40k and you cant go wrong. However it is difficult to feed, its the best way.
