Forgot password

my previous username was

"lalii" and i was level10 and i got in the task list to register for a new username and i registerd this user and now i cant login with the user lalii
and even with this user i got reseted to level0 user

can anyof the admins tell me how to reset the password for lalii

Start Haypi.
Go to "START GAME"
Go to main building or general tab.
Then "Kingdom management" or "Management".
Then "Reset password"
Tap "Forgot password"
Put in your username or email.
Tap "submit"
Open your email.
Find letter from haypi.
Reset password.

but when i did that the screen go white and nothing pop up

I had the same problem so I did what you said but it kept saying 'code error' please help me! Haypi monster is my favourite game. P.s.i am typing this wig my new account.
Btw.could this be caused by the new java update?

Well i have send a email to support but no luck over her i have payed for my dragon and now is hacked and i can't restore my password to my account.

hope a admin can help me out can't finde any number to call haypi or anything is says send a email but when u do you not gettin replayed do any knows why? By the way my account that got hacked is bloody_alboz
