Illegal in a game sense, as in its not allowed and you can be banned.

But you wont go to jail or pay fines for it

Its not super strictly enforced, i see people ask on wc all the time, and yes expert do warn them, but they warn about 5 times and then the person asking for accounts/trading just says "Got an account on S##? PM me", and the expert cant do anything about it cuz the person trading accounts just says he/she wants to say hi on that server or something

If i had a dollar for everytime i saw someone ask to trade/take an account, id be richer than haypi
