If you are still getting session time out errors, read this!

Nanuq on server 62, Plrbr1 on S110, and Northwolf on S76. I am using a Motorola Atrix 4G, running Android version 2.3.4. I get the Session timeout error constantly, no matter which account I am logged into. I had the same problem on Android version 2.2.2, although not quite as bad. It takes so long just to refresh oases that its not even worth playing beyond that. I'm just trying to hold onto my troops until they decide to fix the issue. Then maybe I can start actually playing again. Also, it's VERY frustrating when I message my support person and get a generic response about the server crashes and not being able to log in. Obviously no one is even reading my messages, because that IS NOT my complaint. Please at least make an effort to fix this problem, rather than ignore it.

Please send this info to your in-game support aswell. Help>Support>Contact Support

Omg session time out all time everythingeverywhere.... I'm on s68 s77 s82 s84 all servers same issue so must be app / game... My phone is a HTC Desire HD Android 2.3 and this screen refresh and time out problem started when haypi updated Android so we could see alliance contribution and them silly wc medals omg developers just make normal game work bread and butter functions before trying all shiny fluffy unless stuff .... Even better roll back whole app / game to before version 3.0 yey do you read then Android market reveiws lol I have had to quite trying to play game for real now as just can't admin my army and been wiped twice now lost 300k pp due to glitche ... I just given up rankings and alliance structures till app / game just works normally again as its just pointless even pretending to try playing for real now :'( haypi was a good app I spent loads time effort and real £££ too mayhem

Copy last latter I have had to send to support I feel sorry must have endless in box ... Keep up the good work, hope developers sort it out then support will be supporting less maybe even get a holiday one can dream ...


Hello support. Please may you look into getting my lost prestige points back and troops that have been lost twice now to the same player after app and server glitches / failures. My s68 account name is Fluffy_Dog and I use Android 2.3 on HTC Desire HD in the UK. The first war major loss was soon after app updates and all actions kept not showing troops in cities and have had to keep logging in and out to make troops show. The war report I have details for is system time 2011-07--19 21:41:08 I was defender grid (403,549) I lost troops 11353,0,0,12001 and Doorsx11x got 129071 prestige. He then hit me again for all the cured and turned troops for another 7-10k pp but did not save this report. The next big loss again to Doorsx11x was last night. I was fort farming and server went down as you know and all my troops where then left out in the same city grid (403,549) this fort system war report 2011-08-04 18:13:50 and then the server went and I was unable to log on still always firtsly getting session time out message then just plain no connection message like everyone. I then tried to log on again like most players for couple of hours but had to sleep. I then when did log on found that Doorsx11x had wiped all my troops again also attacking twice. First war report 2011-08-05 00:24:15 I lost troops 8392,5215,0,9822 and Doorsx11x got 121004 prestige. Second war report was for heald and turned troops 2011-08-05 00:26:17 I lost troops 503,318,0,589 and he got 7665 prestige. Again please look into helping me out I have spent £60+ on coins and have always been a wholesome and helpfull player on all servers I play on. I do understand this game / app is work in progress bit am sure you understand my frustration as on my main account I should have like maybe 800k pp by now but instead I'm feel like a slave all my time effort and money just for pp farm for Doorsx11x also i can not screen shot but will provide any further details as required.

i am still getting it even right after login. lost everything either not able to even buy crop at times or got kicked out while fort farming and can not keep control. Hugely lucky not losing pp as I do that less anyway.

Ill also post this update in bug report but since last night almost half my sessoon time outs have no resulted in game freezing and unable to force close also say a quarter or these events its froozen my device and have had to take out battery... With the app freeze I have to re start my device as said can not force close .... I can confirm that this mainley seems to happen critical error when upgrading city wall ? But I may be bias as I am having to try and re build after last been wiped as stated above .... Thos in short means I can not practicalyy even attempt to even play this game as I can't stand restarting my phone every ten mins or having to crack it open to remove the battery madness
