Server Crash

As of 09:45 GMT.. All I get is "Can't connect to game server".. :evil:

please have patience and try again in 5 minutes
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

It's constantly going down, even after coming back up for a few minutes. An explanation from support would be helpful.
