If I loose my sub city

If I loose my sub city will I be able to make a new one with a new name? I was wondering if anyone has deliberatly asked other players to destroy a specific sub city?

yes you loose it and can make a new sub but it will start out at lv 0 everything
yes you can ask people to help you take subs but subs cannon be destroyed perm.

So if they take my city the name stays on that city or does it change to the challenger's name?

can not sorry
and if they take the city it stays with the same name and cannot be changed
also doesn't move unless the attacker uses 20 coins to take it.
