Why would you Move your main city?

I was wondering would there be a reason to Move your main city? If it was wise to move it where would you move it too?

To be closer to friends
To be closer to forts
To be far away from everyone else in the map to avoid being attacked or cropped without porting
To attack someone
To hide the location of sub cities if they are close to the main

ok lots of good reasons but what would be the best move?

I moved my main city on s83 because it put me at the coords 100:4 or somewhere around there, I didn't like being at the top of the map. I moved 300 spaces to the right and a couple hundred down to be closer to the center that way I can attack more people

I know someone that warps everywhere with there main city.
(it's impossible to steal)

Warping everywhere with that city can get expensive real quick!
