SUPPORT NEEDED ON s76 IMMEDIATELY

Spammers killing chat, serve slowed to a crawl - no response to emails to support or to the experts... which are never on anyway.

So, posting here hoping somebody might give a crap.

I requested an s76 expert in the pal group for you. Hopefully they'll be there shortly

I am now the only active expert on S76.

Also. I am active. Just not on the same timezone as you so you don't see me as much.

Judging from other posts, I think skydreamer can easily handle the workload of being expert on another server lol.

@link....shouldn't there be an expert for the players who are far removed from your timezone? Wouldn't it be wise to suggest to your support staff that another expert is desperately needed, considering how you are the only active expert? And just how, praytell, have you stopped spam? Maybe you can give me some pointers so I can finally clean up my gmail acct....

Link, I understand but my rebuttal would be the same as I read above...

we desperately need at the very least 2 experts if not 3 who are actually online and attempting to maintain some kind of order.

s76 is way out of hand and has been for some time... the recent situation with the expert who stepped down being a great example.

What will it take to do this? Nominating expert is asinine - as the 'popular' votes would likely go to biased existing players.

I am not pointing fingers and do not intend to. Simply saying we need some experts who can be non-biased and are willing to do the job.

We need this sooner than later.
