Could sub city be occupied if troops are hunting out?
If there are troops hunting out in a sub city, is it possible that this sub city is occupied, eg., if it's attacked for over 10 times in one day and lost all loyalty.

yes, if you have troops in your city hunting and the loyalty goes to 0 and you loose the city your troops get lost as well, you will recieve a messgae letting you know your city troops have been lost due to change of ownership, the person who steals it does not gain your troops btw, the system just eats them, good luck dont have your city stolen

Yes it can I lost 7k inf due to this so I know from experience not rumors
