Support please help

I've had nothing problems with this new upgradeI'm an android user I can't seem to do anything in the game now my v I p doesn't work I've lost 120 coins can't access my oasis screen. I'm at a loss for words this is nothing but a complete. Disaster have to post here because I can't get ahold of support in game I would really appreciate a response

please appreciate that support have a life and that helping you is just there day job. they will probably get back to you as soon as they clock in to work
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

With all the problems support has to work with, I doubt you will be reimbursed soon if at all. Sorry :( hope the rest of your haypi experience goes well. If not find more fun in a different game :)

Above support1, seem like everywhere your words is the same. Asking player to send email to kingdomsupport@haypi.com.

Can you don't post it. Members here would like to see or hear something good and not keep have "please send a mail to kingdom support"

I don't see how helpful as a support1 you are.

Please kindly remove your states from here. I believe that members/player can see all your reply does not helpful at all.

I find it funny he said on June 2 that he emailed support about it... And on June 4 support is telling him to email them.

2 days and support hasn't even gotten to the email he sent, yet alone tried to fix the problem....

Blue, I sent them both an in game message and an email not even 2 days after the update and still no response. Im also on s55 in the same alliance as blue ancmd it seems like nothing is going to be fixed soon. I think the only thing to get support to do something asap is some kind of strike. Im not trying to cause any problems but desperate times call for desperate measures.
