My overview.

I am gonna apologize ahead of time if I ramble I tend to do that occasionally. So, sorry!!!!

First thing anyone needs to know a strong city is necessary to maintain any type of army. When I first start a city I never build it more than a few minutes away from my main. This allows for quick dispatch/transport until You get it ready for mass production. First buildings I upgrade are my Main building and my warehouse. I level these to atleast ten before I start on my crops. Always upgrade them in sets of two so you can come back from farming to upgrade them further. After my crops are upgraded to level 15 I am able to farm from that sub. Now comes the time to start building all of your city. Upgrade your main and warehouse to level fifteen before upgrading your barracks and cranny to ten. The last five levels for buildings are the slowest so upgrade main and warehouse until level 20 now. When finished with this you can now finish barracks and cranny. You can finish upgrading the rest of your resources as you deem necessary because the fastest way to gain resources is to farm for them.

Tech is an absolute must. I upgraded my planting first next was march then shoot after that I went for my turrets. Attack and defense are next. Scout was my last one. I did scout last because I was an active farmer and I didn't use scout to find my farms. I farmed levels my army would allow me. (discussed later)

Next, I'd like to talk about a little farming. Calvary are my army of choose. They are fast and have the best defense longest range and they are fast. Did I say that already? Any ways with max Equipment and tech losses are minimum even against level 10turrets. There is no big secret to a cav army either pretty much head long. If you happen to find some cats in a farm then pause till round four and then send forward. If archers then round two. As a good rule of thumb it takes 3-1 cavs to defeat cats.

Next, we are gonna discuss army types. There is two basic army types that I have seen more frequently than any other. One is cav and archer. The other is a cat and infantry army.  (Though I have been seeing more of a mixed army as of late.). The cav and archer army is the army that has become the most versatile of these army types. They have speed moderate range and are widely the go to army. There is less of a need to port cities in order to make a presto hit. Farming is raised to a new level you can travel farther and it doesn't take any where near the time a cat army does to maintain. Cats and inf are a counter balanced army. Cats are the most expensive to feed and inf the least. While cavs are the speed the cat is the most deadly at a range. They may be slow but they are definitely  all the muscle a person could ask for if used correctly. They are also the hardest to keep fed so not as large of an army  is very manageable.

Cats armies are primarily used in fort farming and hitting larger armies for prestige. In taking a fort you first have to have the suitable amount of cats to take the fort it is always better to have either cavs or inf in order to clear any traps or turrets at the fort. I only use cats to kill the army as it advances and use cavs to clear all traps and turrets they are the fastest and easiest to rebuild.

I'd like to now discuss what this game is based on, Presto. There is a few ways to get prestige. One upgrading, two destroying another players army, third and most reliable is the building of armies. The first two are limited to exterior factors. Once your cites are maxed they can no longer be upgraded. Secondly finding an army out and then managing to hit and destroy their army without losses is becoming ever increasingly difficult. So back to my farming and building.

Farming and building for Presto. A good army of cavs for farming is about 15k. I attack until all my resources are full in one city then dispatch to the next. I do this until all my cities are full. Depending on if you have VIP status or if you is the amount of training slots you have. VIP=3. Non-VIP=2. But any way after all my cites have max resources I train a single type of army maxed in every city. This way I can set a timer and come back to hunt all at once. Now you can farm more and repeat with a different army type. You can do this until you run out of training slots.

Maintaining an army isn't as hard as it seems. I your cites only have 15 crops and you crop deficit is let's say negative 44,900. Then you have approximate ten hours and change before you starve if you had a full warehouse. The easiest way to know when to check your crops is to make every city the same amount of negative crop consumption this will give you a time line on when you need to check your account. Remember crop consumption is hourly. Also cavs are fast so it is very easy to call in hunts dispatch all cavs to one city to farm and then divide again to hunt.

Thank y'all for taking the time and reading this. It is my hope that this overview is just what you need to give you the jump start and basic idea of how to progress quickly in this game.  Good luck and hope ya'll find the same enjoyment, of meeting people that make this game what it is.

Re: My overview.

Thanks Nick but my intentions weren't to win any coins. I only posted so my friends would have a way to see my postand maybe help them become better players.
