violating report

Hi Support,

I would like to violating report on server 106. My account was hacked by users while I can't use the retrieve password with my original account information via email. I could login with my own account now, 2 level 15 cities are lose. All of my coins, troops, crowns, scepters, Silver Box & Gold Box are gone. Screen capture are available if you need that.

this should probably be taken up privately, have you ever shared your password or email adress with anyone in the game?
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

Hi Nathan,

I didn't shared my password or email with anyone. They didn't have my email, if they got it, they will change my email as well. I guess maybe my password is too easy to guess. That's why.

I did sent email to support, but didn't hear anything back for a week.

hi, its just that none of us can help you here but support can privately...
i am sure they are currently looking into your account history to notice a trend, such as who has taken your cities, bought your sceptres etc.
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

Thanks Nathan, I didn't hear anything from support since Apr 11. Maybe the support is busy on other cases. I am here to seek the help from other supports. I think all my cites & coins are gone and I can't get it back. I just want them reply me back.

ok i am sure tracy will read this. also did you contact your in-game support or did you emailo support at kingdomsupport@haypi.com

I was contact support via email (kingdomsupport@haypi.com) while I lost my account access. Do I need to contact my in game support as well?

that may be another way to get support to look into it as they are different supports... you have contacted Apple (support member not the company :p) via the email address, your on server support may be able to help you better

I did contact Apple via email. He helped me to figure out my password while I can't retrieve password by email. I will also going to contact Tracy in game, but I can't send her the capture in game.

she will haev received the SS from Apple i suspect...
