I'm trying to donate to my alliance, but whenever I do, it says "Warning: insuffiicient money." What do I do? I want to donate and get started on this awesomeness

What means short of money when he try to donate?

I'm no (vice-)leader and I can donate.
There does not be a contribution of a leader prior to others.

But I don't know why some can't donate.
