Rex, it appears to me that you are the one bashing other players and that you are the one acting childish. These players, myself included, have mailed our support personnel, yoyo. We have mailed the email address that you repeatedly posted and now we have resorted to posting here. We have many screen shots that we are willing to show haypi support to prove our points. If we had been given responses to our repeated attempts to communicate with them, then we would not be posting in here.

We do not care whether or not Yoyo is removed from her support position in haypi or in server 93. What we want is for whoever is in the support position for server 93 to respond to letters in a timely manner, even if it is just a letter saying they are busy and are working to get to our letter. We want them to take the same action for each instance of the same event. For instance, when you are attacked twice, you cannot command the second attack. One player on server 93 experienced this and yoyo responded quickly and returned the troops and prestige lost. This happened twice to other players when it was exploited and yoyo hasn't done anything about it even though the players have screen shots proving this. We want the person in the support position to respond to each player with unbiased support, treating all players the same way. If this means removing yoyo and replacing her, that is fine with me. If it means yoyo stays and fulfills our expectations of a support person, that is fine with me. All this forum post was designed to do was to express our dissatisfaction with the lack of response we are receiving from support, not to bash or insult yoyo or any other person posting on the thread. But it appears that you can not seem to grasp that and resorted to the childish behavior you are accusing us of. So please, if you must post on this thread, try to add to the discussion. Don't insult players or tell them they are violating rules, there are administrators who do that and are fully capable of taking care of problems they need to take care of.

Apparently Rex is also a close friend of yoyo. There would b no other reason to defend yoyo in this way otherwise unless u r speaking of your friend that agrees with u and that friend would happen to b a china member. Hmmmm... Well whatever the case may be the way yoyo treats us is completely unfair. A glitch is a glitch and if they r corrected for some alliances they should b corrected for all. U should not b picking and choosing who u will replace troops for. Second of all there is absolutely no reason that Rex should b belittling people by stating that they use their mommy and daddy's money for this game. It takes a lot of nerve for u to say that we r insulting people and in the next sentence go ahead and make a comment like that but I guess it just shows your age as many have already stated. Is there anything u can do to help us with this? Or r u just here to get people riled up more? Pretty dumb of u if u ask me. U say email support.... Yes that sure works. I emailed them ten times about troops not coming back from farm did I get one reply? No! I sent ss with every email, also sent ss 4 hrs later of no troops in city but crops being neg. ss of every single hunt I had going. War report from when it happened and starve report of invisible troops eight hrs later. Still no reply. I am sure if I was in another alliance (not mentioning their names) my troops would have been replaced immediately. But that's neither here nor there, I really just feel u should stop belittling us Rex if u have no clue what u r talking about. And I will apologize in advance for any grammar or spelling errors because I am way to irritated right now to reread all of this.

Not going to argue with you, as you seem to find joy in just trying to prove others statements to be all sorts of bashing. my statement on your previous comment was nothing against you personally, i simply explained that all emails i sent were fprwarded to yoyo & seeing as tho they wernt ment for angela i believe i put, still didnt arrive to her & yoyo just gives me a reply which isnt really a reply just basically tells me everytime that she can be of no help.
