we worked hard to get to rank 24. now gone. why in the world would you make the game completely different. buggy and geared for people to spend yet MORE money. terrible update!

A lot of people are having these problems. Email support at KingdomSupport@haypi.com with screenshots if you can and hope they refund your lost stuff

and by now, would people even be happy with getting troops back??

when/if i can get into the game again, IF i lost ANYthing its not a matter of troops its a matter of Irl money..

And as soon as its about irl money its no longer about contacting support, its about contacting your lawyer.
