I also agree with Sanica I have spent several hundred dollars on this game, others have spent thousands, I feel we deserve to at least get heard.


Point well taken and have to agree. I've only seen one person on here starting the insults. On that note... I'm rubber your glue, Whatever you say bounces off of me and sticks to you. :lol:

Bashing - An excessive use of language in a criticizing manner

Seems to me the original reason for this forum subject is getting lost. It's about poor responses and actions from yoyo. Rex, move on. I probably have kids your age. I'm still waiting on Thomas email also.

Yes. Please stay on topic.

Doubtful there will be any response for the next few days since customer support doesn't work weekends or support their 24hour a day game.

That's a very valid point, Falaron, and extremely unfortunate at that. I would even say that goes so far as to epitomize the intent of this post. If there were support personnel available 24/7, there would be multiple support personnel to reach out to in a game that high ranked players and alliances need to pay attention to 24/7, not just during normal business hours in one region of the world. As opposed to a single person of support for multiple servers. I understand from the business perspective why a company would prefer not to invest more in support personnel, but that concept is too shallow thinking in a game of this nature. It's not an unreasonable expectation to have prompt support in a game that people can and are willing to devote so much of their lives (and money) to; it's even less unreasonable, if we accept that there's not going to be prompt support, to at least expect that there will be some degree of support. The concept that Rex throws out, even though completely false in my vast experience with this game, is very backwards. Players shouldn't have to send letter after letter after letter to get a response from support; one letter should be sufficient for a response and further communication can be had if necessary. Sending multiple letters for the same issue only bogs support down and further exacerbates the problem.

what you guys are doing here is bashing support/experts, which will do nothing but get you banned. if you want results get them in a polite and mature way, not like little kids crying to mommy about a bully at school.

Lord rex understand that emails have been made to kingdomsupport but thee emails i have sent always seem to get forwarded to yoyo, i ask for someone else to read and she/he still recieves it. How will any complaonts i makr about are "support" person get answered if noone else is helping.

Crying? Bashing? I didn't say anything mean, Did i? I was saying yoyo should not be a expert. Is that bashing? (Little kids crying to mommy about a bully at school) i think that bashing. If anything ,what beastmode said WE WOULD NOT BE HERE IF YOYO PLAYED FAIR. LMFAO REX! i try to send emails to yoyo or support said i was spamming their email's inbox with ss of my inbox on haypi being spammed. i just wanted to show them so what am i suppose to do about that? Its not my fault that yoyo doesnt know what fair means. I got chat banned for what i said in wc but when i got my inbox spammed and coined subs (that i spend real life money on) took away with not knowing who did it 4 TIMES IN A ROLL? Than they just get warnings. Is that fair?

Plz do get mad Rex (its sad).why do you talk for yoyo Or haypi? They can do it. First off you out of line for replying to the post if you knew anything about what happens in s93? Second your telling us our money is not good here? Maybe we should all quit than right Rex? All we're saying is We want to be treated equal and yoyo not be expert or support. Is that hard to understand? We send emails 100x or more but nothing happens. That why we're here in fourms to be heard!!!

if youre going to insult me please learn how to spell. besides im not mad I could care less, my problem is that you people actually think youre right. name one thing ive said that hasn't been right? are some of you bashing support? yes. was this thread made specifically to bash/criticize a haypi support member? yes. are all of you eligible for a forum ban because of this? yes. are you all acting like little kids? 100% yes. I haven't said anything that wasn't completely true and yet you all gang up on me? whats wrong support doesn't respond so you go after the people defending them? youre right im not on s98, but I am on s93 and that server is yoyo's as well, and I have not once had a problem with them responding to any of my letters. you know what I think? I think you talk to her in the same disrespectful way you talk to me and she doesn't respond because she thinks youre all rude spoiled brats too, and honestly I wouldn't blame her if she does. you want respect from me? earn it. until then youre a bunch of whiny little kids, nothing else, and if you want to keep insulting me like the little babies you go ahead cause im done with each of you
