the update you had better only be permitted if the app would be operational.
- Show map does not work,
- map is difficult to see, graphically overloaded
- German Translation is underground
- reaction time is impossible.
- the performance is absolutely crappy.

This are only the greatest problems.

if you wanted to achieve with the update, stop the play to the players that you have achieved for me and many others.

das update hättet ihr besser erst gemacht, wenn die app funktionsfähig wäre.
- karten anzeige funktioniert nicht,
- karte ist kaum zu erkennen, da grafisch überladen
- deutsche übersetzung ist unterirdisch

das sind nur die größten probleme.

wenn ihr mit dem update erreichen wollten, das die spieler aufhören zu spielen, das habt ihr bei mir und vielen anderen erreicht.

First game tells me to upgrade, but no upgrade available for two days?!

When upgrade finally is available it appears to dowload it, but still version 2.14 shows. again fail.

Then I get version 3, but nothing works. all the time screen is loading. When I'm lucky I get in. When I press any button in game when I do get in, it crashes....utterly terrible. How can someone release an upgrade like this?

Really frustrating!

PS: funny that I'm put down as a newb on this forum. The game designers are the only newbs over here. When I present something like this to my customers they'd fire me straight away.

The update is so full of bugs, they should never have released it in this state. And Apple and Android should never have approved it for release. They should have tested it, and fixed the bugs before releasing it as a mandatory update. I see they are working hard to maintain a reputation of failure.

I also have a WP7 phone and found all the same bugs. Unbelievably frustrating. I have found a way to at least get into the game without it crashing. When you first start the app press "start game". It'll load for a second, then you'll see the regular game screen with your main city but then very quickly you'll get the "welcome to Haypi Kingdom" message. At this point, instead of pressing the "close" button on the bottom part of the screen to close the message, instead press the back button on your phone and it should take you to your main city. But wait we're not done you'll notice that you cant open any of your resource buildings. If you leave your main city and travel to any place on the map or another of your cities, the game will then start playing semi-properly. I say semi-properly because you still wont be able to see any of your fortified points and only one of your held oasis'. It makes it very difficult to know what's going on and at what level they are producing because those numbers aren't properly reflected in your resource screen either. I suggest you write down where each of your oasis' and fortified points are on a piece of paper and check in on them regularly until Haypi fixes the bugs. Hopefully that won't be too long 'cause this is for the birds!

I already spend so much money to buy coin,If the problem still can't solve, is very boring for me to continue playing this game. Many game is like that, start upgrade their version always cause so much problem to the users.

3.0 is not what is cracked up to be. There are so many flaws that the actual game took backward steps. How come I can't see my forts and the game force closes when I hit the oasis tab. What about when I try to contact support though the game that when I send my message is says "wrong address". And when I do email support I get no response. I don't want to be negative, but this version of the game was launch prematurely and now its doesn't function correctly. Can someone tell me what's going on?

Force close when you look into your oasis,cities and forts already fix it.

Not for WP7 users its not. No fortified points and only 1 of 5 of my oases shows up when I look at the oasis tab.
