Mutes without Warnings?

1 is spamming

the other one is cussing


would u give both 3 warnings?

this would be unfair

If they are repeat ofenders then they should be muted for a week or somethinglike that

repeat offenders will be banned from chat... support is deciding how long a plyer is banned

I try to give warning at s12, but not effective. Ppl just ignore and abuse the expert. I prefer to lurk and instant mute after other players hadgive them warning and they fail to heed the advice. S12 now only have 1 expert and that's me, it will be very difficult to moniter and give warning at the same time. If i mute wrongly, I will apologised, but usually I will instant mute players if they spam alliance ads, cuss, being racist and being offensive or disrespectful of other players. Some ppl may not agreed to my style but I am trying to do my best to keep chat clean.
