Youre not on s93 you do not know what happens here, its been like this since the start of the server, we have sent ss there and nothings been don as i said earlier. So please just leave this topic alone til you know what youre talking about

Rex, you need to stop talking while you're not too far behind. First, the apparent intent of this thread wasn't to bash someone within Haypi's organization; the intent is to get that player removed from their current role in the organization. If that's too difficult for you to grasp then perhaps you should leave the replies to the people and organization that's being addressed. The second point I'll make is no different than the first in that it very obviously completely flew over your head. But all the same - as it was stated to those who are actually following the thread and not just being trolls, everyone understands that support has a tasking job to accomplish. Unfortunately, however, I can't support that individual's decision (or Haypi's, as a whole, if it was a top management decision), to immediately and effectively respond to and take action on some individual's complaints to her while taking no action and sometimes completely ignoring communications from others. Busy = understandable and that a response will eventually come. Outright ignoring people and never responding is neither understandable nor acceptable.
And all of this hasn't even addressed the fact that three of my friends from work that started on s93 had their accts hacked into and email and password changed on them. Support has not even responded to the letters they've received from those individuals despite the fact that the letters were sent from their original email addresses from when they created their accounts. But at the end of the day, that's something for my coworkers to be more upset about than I am - but it's just another perfect example.

id also like to ask why its okay for a support to bash us? we have ss proof of her telling a previous expert that she doesnt feel she has to reply to bad players.. that there shows she favors others and DOES INDEED ignore other letters

you know how many players have spent money on this game? that doesn't make you any more special than them. we all get the same support that everyone else does, if your questions don't get answered the first time just keep asking. if youre having problems with the game post it in the bug report like your supposed to so that it will have a better chance of being seen by the people it should be seen by, and if you have a problem with support send it to the email I posted like youre supposed to. thinking like youre better than anyone else cause you spend mommy and daddy's money isn't making me think youre any more mature than the rest of these players. ive been playing HK since early 2010, ive seen my fair share of bad experts and bad support and you know what I did? I talked to them about my concerns IN PRIVATE instead of coming here with a desperate plea for attention. I have a buddy on s93 who ive been talking to about this and he agrees with me, he isn't in any top alliance but gets responses from support all the time. ive been talking with other players on other games who know yoyo very well and they all speak very highly of her. you are the small group of people whos letters fell through the cracks and now act like you know everything there is to know but you really dont

4) Any frustrations you have regarding the game, staff, or other players should be dealt with privately, not publicly. Any issue with players or staff should be brought to the attention of a Haypi Kingdom administrator. Should you have an issue with an administrator, you are encouraged to speak privately to said administrator to resolve said issue in a calm, mature manner.

youre so full of it rex, out side of the top few alliances there isnt true active players, simply alts. sooo you really need to have a clue on what youre talking about, and keep on bashing while telling us not to bash? youre not the smartest one, ill say this for a third and final time, WE HAVE SENT TO THAT EMAIL YOU POSTED AND DO NOT GET REPLIES!! now that being said for a 3rd time you are only trolling this forum post so please leave so it can get attention by someone who matters.

Smh, yes Rex. There has been some unnecessary comments made in this post regarding Yoyo and the general lack of response we get pertaining to ANY issue we have had for months, the majority of the bashing that has gone on since the beginning of this post had been from you, sir. You have nothing to do with out issue, you have already said what you originally should have stopped at "take it to pm or support email". From there it is not your job or place, so please carry on to someone else's post as this one is already 4 pages - half being commented towards you. And you are not our intended reader. Ty.

I wouldn't have responded if these kids didn't insult me when I was trying to help them. they posted what? 3 or 4 posts directed at me cause I called them immature? I hope they banned cause they haven't done a single thing they were supposed to do, meanwhile im the bad guy cause im called them kids? you all make me sick.

Rex. You've been playing since early 2009? If that's the case you are the longest playing player considering the game only came out in 2010.

Hi, I am not bashing here, nor did I bash in my first post, but you keep referring to us as "kids" I would like you to Re-read these posts and tell me if they are written at the level of a "child" I am not a kid and don't appreciate your repeated use of calling us kids in almost every one of your posts. That being said, you also said that we "use mommy and daddy's money" please tell me where the maturity lies in that statement, I earn my own money and spend my own money just as everyone who has posted does. You are not support, I have not disrespected you but you are aiming your insults at all that have posted. That being said my original post has the same objective as everyone else who posted and that's for support to read it, a thread can't get lost as easily as a letter or email. I also agree with Sanica I have spent several hundred dollars on this game, others have spent thousands, I feel we deserve to at least get heard.
