It's easier on my soul to let iTunes deduct from my checking account, so that I don't have a physical reminder of all the money I spent on imaginary gold coins that could have gone towards stuff like food and car payments :P To this day I have no idea how much I've spent, only that it's too too too much...

Re: Urgent! Being dupped by hacked coins.

Abs! Long time lady!

My point isn't how much we've spent in so much as its about being approached by support with a bill for coins acquired that total that much or more.

I've seen deals of say $150us iTunes credit sold for only $15. Were you to spend only $150 this way, your debt to haypi would be $1500! I wouldn't be surprised to see some people owing tens of thousands of dollars for coins bought this way. if that was the case, it's easily believable one might falsify details in an effort to redeem oneself.

Just sayin....believe none of what you hear and half of what you see.

Can support respond to this issue here please ? After all is was support that sent the letters out.

There are accounts on my server that have been in Refuse War for 8 + months, players are warping on others for as little as 3k pp hits, we are flooded by upgraded cities, 20 crops, perfects, all these illegal coins have ruined the game and now there is a chance to salvage it, all you have to do is follow through with what YOU actually said you would, I just dont get it !

@Dinerete, your arguement makes no sense, you are concerend the servers will be to quiet with out the cheaters ?!

No one ever complained their neighbourhood was too quiet with all the criminals taken off the streets.

If you have any reports towards cheaters, please feel free to let haypi support know. We'll check.

This would be great !

How and where can I talk to someone direct and show evidence and SS I have of players actually admitting to cheating ?!

Several of us have tried in game server support, we rarely get a reply back, and at best get told it will get looked into then that's the last we hear about it

We have emailed direct to haypi support with SS, again we get no follow up response

I have pm'd support directly on forums, not a single reply.

Please help?

Thanks.

But seriously, the same problem came up in s112 when the number 1 and number 9 players were buying these cheap coins from Haypi ripp offs. Not only was it unfair for all the players on the server who didn't even have any coins cause they couldn't afford them or some other reason, but it was 100% as we were in Allaince wars inside and out of the mines with them.
Haypi might say, "that's your choice of enemy." (never actually got any help with the problem so I don't know what their response would truly be) But in reality, it's haypi's fault for not taking inicitive. But its also the players fault for violating the rights that they signed to Haypi by playing their game.

But what a lot of players don't know is how much Haypi actually does work on trying to stop them. Just because they are etiolated busy to answer a letter (which they should work on) doesn't mean they arnt doing anything. A lot of players that struggle with players that are cheating, just assume that Haypi isn't ad wont ever do anything about it. Truth is, they do and are trying. What people don't know is that as soon as Haypi can shut down a website for messing with their rights, the idiots who sell cheap coins just make another site and continue on. Finding a permanent way to stop them is harder. That's why you don't see action right away. So what players that want to put an end to those selling (and those buying) is to try and help Haypi by looking into violation of rights as a whole to try and come up with a solution to the problem (instead of complaining) so that everyone wins. How bout it guys? Help instead of complain? It's a win-win situation. I don't know about you all, but I'll try to find consequences toward rights violations that I can give to Haypi to this continue my awesome Haypi experience.

Hello Legit,
I am rank 1 player from s124. I CERTAINLY hope you aren't referring to me.
If so, it's a completely baseless accusation and obviously all my purchases were legal seeing as I haven't been banned. Perhaps you'd like to view my bank statements? Unlike you, I am an adult, have my own bank account (buy all my coin in game via debit card) have plenty of cash, a job and can spell;)
You were never in mine wars with PBX. Your alliance is too noob and can't hold a level 5. Stop lying. It just shows your age.
Perhaps the real question here should be, how is it fair that haypi give brats like you free coin for being "experts" (lol you can't even spell correctly or drink legally let alone moderate a chat.) to hide in permanent war refuse, while players like myself must pay for the luxury of WR?
Also just thought I'd add in, I have it on good authority that your leader had 5k coin on her acc yet on s112 she couldn't even afford VIP.
Unlike your baseless accusation, I have SS.
So suck it, sore loser. That's all you are.
Pay more attention at school, less whining and trying to be Mr. haypi and perhaps your spelling will improve and you will be able to land a high paying job one day and afford coins too.

Re: Urgent! Being dupped by hacked coins.

Let's be honest here, most players these days are using these third-party coins because it is cheaper, and substantially bigger packages are offered in one bundle. So let's think of what Haypi could do to protect their interests:

    1) Ban all players who have been known to use these sites, which would cause most of the players to disappear and possibly ruin the game altogether.

    2) Report the sites and take legal action against them, though that would cost a lot in court (but possible earnings from fines).

    3) They can compete with these sites by lowering prices, offering a wider variety of packages, and the ability to split the package how you want.

Now, think about what doing the third option could do. This would bring the illegal users back to Haypi and keep them from going to other sites. Likewise, adding the bigger packages would make people happier. Though, if Haypi squished the packages together (example: 200 coins for 10 USD, 275 coins for 15 USD) then people would get the discount idea in their head (that's the "I can get this for this, or I can get this for just a little bit more). This would be good for their business because people would start being tempted to by more.

That is to say that coin users aren't already addicted to them and wanting more. So I put forward to Haypi this: lower your prices, add varied packages, and then with the money you are earning from the greater income you can take legal action against the sites. You can sue the sites for theft of intellectual property. From what I can produce, it is a win-win situation. You, Haypi, get your customers back, and us, players, get to have coins for a cheaper price.
