If you are still getting session time out errors, read this!

I have never experienced such a slow response from any other company. I don't buy the number of users as a valid excuse. The problem is known to occur on Android systems the number of users does not matter in regards to the delay. I think the support group for Android systems might be the problem. Had this been the IPhone having the problem, perhaps a better, more timely response would be seen. I know this is only a game, but Haypi is certainly not losing any sleep over this as long as the $$$ keep rolling in from coin purchases. What a racket!

I have sent this information to my in-game support numerous times on Server 62, which is the main server I have been playing on lately. He has done nothing whatsoever to help. In fact, twice I have gotten a reply about a different issue, which tells me that he does not even read all his messages. He just pastes a reply for whatever the biggest issue is for that day. Needless to say, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the support personnel.

Please file complaints against support privately. I will ask Jerry to contact you Plrbr1.

Android Emulator v2.3.3 I think, cuts out every 20 seconds.. Quite annoying!
