Hi! How many catapults per oasis and per fort?

If we are talking various combos, with max attack, fortune and range you can take a level 10 fort with 8k cats.

All depends on how the players want to set up their general.

My 11k cats could take by themselves -pointless considering resources to take back (overload). My points were:

Equipment/tech/attack make a huge difference to chart figures
And in Pvp if you wait just for # cats to raid forts you lose out big time
