Topic is, how does one go about voicing a grievance toward an expert if public forums aren't acceptable. It's apparent from this thread that im not the only one confused as to where direction of such concerns should be addressed.

If you have complaint regarding a player you can report using in-game support, email kingdomsupport@gmail.com (with screenshots recommended), and VayneGlory@gmail.com

Regarding an Expert Grievance you can post here viewforum.php?f=50 this is a private thread, email kingdomsupport@gmail.com (with screenshots recommended), and VayneGlory@gmail.com.

I recommend you do all those options for each choice its what I do to make sure all parties get the info

well I guess it's just following same tradition. Calling forum admin head mod came first. Next they're gonna give us normal members a special name.
