And as a consumer you should understand what you are purchasing. Don't complain if you make an unwise decision if you are unhappy with your investment in Haypi. Honestly...you've been playing for three years now? If your expectations haven't been met then stop playing or stop paying to play. The community that you have talked about in your previous posts does not costs coins. And to be completely honest neither does being on top. I know I've handled being at the top with very, very minimal coins for going on 2 years.

As a consumer, you should research your product and know what you're getting into. You have 3 years of research. Be wise. Either accept that your investment in Haypi is one that will bring about VERY FEW game changes and updates, VERY LITTLE customer support, and A LOT of game crashes. That is haypi. It's been that way for years. Get used to it.

If you stopped playing and stopped paying why do you consider yourself a customer. Sounds like you enjoy the soapbox a bit too much. Since this topic has degraded into a complaining fest and has gone off topic it is now LOCKED until support deems otherwise
