Server maintenance aint fun. Im guessimg you didnt get any word back after you emailed kingdom support?

I just honestly cant believe they didnt bother to send out a letter. Some of my alliance members told me after the fact that it was announced in WC 5 min before it happened, but with android sometimes something from WC will get stuck on the main city screen and it will not display the new WC messages so i had no idea. It would not have killed them to send out a letter. IMO this alone speaks volumes about how little they actually care about us.

I personally have only posted in the fourm for support, and my only issue was fixed with the server maintenance a few hours ago. I dont use the in game support letter option as on android it does not allow autocomplete/spellcheck in that text field for writing to support and its a pain to type on a touchscreen without autocompete/spellcheck so i just type on the forum from my PC. They could look into fixing that text field and perhaps android users would feel better about being able to contact support.

Mostly i just hear stories about support never answering from alliance members but who knows how they are wording there support messages. Like i said above and others mentioned before you should be polite in dealing with support.

Im sure as i spend more time with the game i will have many more option to attempt to deal with support

One more thing, is there like a rule thread that clearly states what is and isnt allowed? As im getting very confused about alts and farming them especially if its allowed or not.

they never sent a letter saying a thing about changes in game regarding alts...if they did must of not sent to the 8 servers im on...or anything about lvl 10 oasis being normal...not like it kill them to sent a letter saying stuff is changeing.

are you saying they are allowed or not allowed?

the only thing you can do with a alt now is have one...no cropping,locking,no mine switch,no money transfer,cant farm,no spying...you can have alts just dont use them -.-

not that this is really a thread for this, but you can have alts. however, using your main account on a server, and farming your own alt account, is illegal, as well as using your own alt account to feed your main account. the purpose of letting you have an alt, is to let you have another account to test out and level up- not to level up a main buttercup with an advantage other players dont have.

and when servers merge "alts" get on one server so what account would be considerd an alt the higher lvl?

Haypi doesnt care about the classification of what is an alt and what isnt, until you use 1 of the accounts to help the other one cheat.

Hey buddy! We wouldn't post things if they weren't crooked like a politician. I spent $300 in coins in 2 weeks have bank deposit slip! They banned me! So if they don't want bad forum letters then quit robbing us legit players! This could b a class action law suit! Waiting on lawyers response. If I'll spend $300 on a game I'll spend some on a lawyer! This is my quote right from supports letter. "Its about principal!" I have proof of purchase and yet they don't want to see it. but your "beef" isn't with the people reading the forums. your "beef" is with the haypi company.

(and if it makes you feel any better, when you started playing the game, you did accept to the haypi user agreement, which is a legally binding contract, that will over rule your class action law suite, if you broke it. here is a link)

your problem is not with the people reading the forums, nor the people posting in the forums, so BUDDY, filling up these forums does nothing but bother other players and people much like your self who have spent money on the game. it spams it up for all of us, and does nothing to the haypi company that you're trying to hurt. i cant stop you from trying to hurt the haypi company, you can do what you like. however, spamming the forums and bashing the company will not benefit you at all. if you want to rant on about losing money, being banned, and suing the company, you can go to kingdomsupport@haypi.com and email them, or send them some mail at their mailing address. but don't bring your problems to the forums! the players on the forums certainly aren't going to refund your money.
