About server breakdown

From GMT 7:30PM to GMT 12:00PM August 4th, all the servers of Haypikingdom stopped working due to the blackout on our server supplier's end. We are extremely sorry about all the inconvenience this may have caused. If you have encountered any problem during the server breakdown, please contact your in game support, and we will do our best to sort it out for you in a timely manner.

Not sure if this is the right thread, but you seem to be having server issues again. I emailed support last night and have not gotten a reply.
I am running on windows phone 7. possibly could be OS issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it didn't change anything.

Are we having one right now?

When I was playing in s109 it took them 3weeks to return our alliance troops. There reply kept saying send us the info on how many troops you lost. We sent them the info about 5 times. It's like they don't remember you sending them letters. In s109 we lost our troops again to a haypi glitch when they first started mines. Support kept saying they will look into it and kept asking for our losses but after replying to there same questions every time they never gave our troops back in s109 and after a month we gave up. To your questions how long? plan for it to take a month and that's if they return them.

But I believe it also matters on your support. I'm in s81 now and Vicky seems to reply faster than any other support I have dealt with.
