Every time in tap start it loads for about 1 min and 30 sec and then it says communication fail but when I go play my other games they run smooth and fine and I have full bars on connection . Need help .

What do you have to do to get a reply seriously I was farming on barren lands floor 2 whale scroll was on spin I done full respins and the game crashed and got nothing at all but wasted all my gold coins on respin what is the go also happened on floor 3 on canyon with supper thunderstorm I never got the abc would like a reply ASAP have also emailed you on haypi on game support
