Hacked Account Apparently - Support Does Nothing

sorry man, support really cant do anything for you. your passowrd is your responsibility and to keep it secure.

thats why i dont recommend having the same password for each account that you own.

Regardless of any standard advice, the fact still remains that my password was somehow phished beyond anything I have control over. My password was never given out, not even to my most trusted members in my alliance who offered to feed my army while I was on vacation. Instead, I elected to do the "right" thing, significantly reduced my army, and spent coin and money to place my farming army on War Refuse.

The fact that Haypi doesn't have the means (or want) to help in such matters doesn't make it magically acceptable. They gladly accepted my money all the same. I suppose if any fault falls to me, it was my naive assumption to think that any company would want to take care of loyal customers.

1. i dont think people can grab your password from haypi so i believe that any damage done to your account is eithere pure bad luck that someones guessed your password or you have some how released it.

you cannot blame haypi for this in my opinion

give you a hint, using these following words as passwords, isnt smart:

pass, password, p, word, enter, start, *your username*

I have to agree with the criticism of support. They seem very quick to dismiss anything other than approval.

I point out the last comment they made was about lack of detail and specifics, then locked the thread before I could supply them because believe me I have exactly what they claim to require. I have sent them the same screen shots three times now, the only response has been a fourth request for exactly the same screen shots.

If there really was a way to hack accounts then all the expert and support accounts would have been compromised. Although each and every player is important, I highly doubt a skilled hacker progammer would choose your account than that of a very boastful and sought after expert/support account
