Server 44, Admin mutes itself?

they should have records of the chat shouldnt they?

well... i guess i still have to send them the ss to get anything done about it...

they keep records, but not very long. if you want them to investigate, you need to send ss imediatly.

so how long until this is resolved? will the "expert" that deems it necessary to mute everyone for no reason be allowed to do so for days? if so I won't bother opening the app anymore or spending any more time on it.

if you feel like he will keep doing things, let him know he needs to stop if he wants to keep expert....just dont phrase it like that. also, if you have any ss, send them to support also, cordelia

I don't even know who it is... they never said anything... just suddenly "admin" appeared, gave everyone who said anything a warning, and then we were all muted. Then it warned itself 5 or 6x and was gone.

I did send screenshots to support...
I apologize if I'm coming across as short or catty... but I hope you can understand how frustrating this is for us.

we had something similar to this on s1, so i get where you are coming from.

Our old Expert, Unholy3 quit. But not before muting everyone who said anything in the world chat. That was two nights ago, and apparently he came back for another round tonight before he muted himself, if that's even possible. The world chat is overrun by spammers and flamers now because we do not have a functioning expert.

no. experts cannot mute themselves.

that admin has to be fired :/

i think that experts should be chosen a little more carefully from now on lol
