I do understand why there are less forts and oasis but because of this you are loosing active players. My main problem is my city order it keeps switching and I have starved my troops because of it:(. Please fix this problem!!

weve all been wanting them to add a feature to where you could change city order. maybe now, they have a reason to. i dont think it goes without saying, many of us would pay a few coins to change city order.

Re: Server Merge ISSUES!!!!
I don't like the merge either because I agree, there arent enough oasises and forts in general. On my S22 account (assassin09) I have an amazing fort farming area that has around 10 forts within 1 minute cat time away from the three subs I put there. I own one of the 6 areas like that on S22. Im just giving an example at how many oasises and forts there are on that server. I miss the old days. We either need now like a 1200 x 1200 map area instead of 600 x 600 with more crops like the old servers or everything needs to be smushed inside a 600 x 600 area.
IF YOU DO NOT WANNA READ MY PARAGRAPH...
All in all i suggest making a new 1200 x 1200 map size with the old amount of oasises and forts. If that is too much work for you, then at least stick with the 600 x 600 but smush in the badly needed oasises and forts!!!

this would be free imo im not paying more coins for services that should be free wtf lol I make 5 subs, I wanna fully manage them including being able to change their names but that doesnt matter right now. Lets stick to the main issue at hand bro!!
Re: Server Merge ISSUES!!!!
I'm going to re-post my concerns again about the change in our server environment, as chat was probably not the best place air my grievances.
I Believe I am a typical Iphone gamer, and I enjoy games that I can pick up and put down with relative ease and not have to involve myself too deeply into an application on a mobile device. Still I like RPGs and leveling system type of games where you strive to increase your skill and rank. Haypi Kingdom filled this niche, it allowed me to casually game and increase my skill and ranking while still allowing me to disconnect myself from the game pretty much at any time. As long as I sent my troops to hunt, I could put my phone in my pocket and not worry about the game.
However, This new system and the changes it brings alters that play-style on a fundamental level.
We now are required to search and compete for resources on the server. We can't keep standing armies as we used to and gathering resources for our use is/has become more tedious/expensive. On top of this, the forts and oasis capture requirements remain unaltered. I can no longer attack that level 6 Fortified point because I can't find or keep the crop resources long enough to wage an attack. It forces the players to engage other players in combat for those resources, which results in bad blood/relations between those players as a retaliation will most likely be the outcome for that kind of aggression. For those in Haypi world like myself, casual gamer that invests a little time and money into applications I enjoy, are now at the mercy of those that devote their time and resources into the game to an unacceptable degree. You have created an Elitest environment, not a casual gaming atmosphere. I can no longer become good in the game without devoting more time and money (which I don't have) than I already do and It's not what I want or expect in an Iphone application game.
I find that while writing this, I ask myself "Why do I care, why not just stop playing? " The answer is, I really, really enjoy Haypi Kingdom. It's brought me hours of fun and can be a game where I can immerse myself when I want it to do so. I write this article in the hope that my concerns and the players that share my concerns are not going to go unheeded. That these changes are not in the direction I would like to see the game take.
Make the game richer, more depth and options. Please don't restrict/alter our play style and PLEASE don't make the game more cost prohibitive than it already is.

Re: Server Merge ISSUES!!!!
That is the most wonderfully constructed comment I have ever seen. To you, I doff my hat, and offer my support.
Thank you
Thank you

Re: Server Merge ISSUES!!!!
I believe it has becomre more time prohibitive and not cost prohibitive. If the problem is your army is too big well....... shrink it....
If you cant handle a war.... then dont keep enough units to be cropped
So much complaining when everything was handed in a silver plate and now that it has become interesting for the veteran and elite players, people who aren't to the same degree are now going to ruin it. Yes it sucks to not have a big army quick but heck the reason the game was getting stale was because it was too easy and now there is actually REAL competition for things. Adapt or be crushed.... welcome to war

Re: Server Merge ISSUES!!!!
GoldenRico,
I am only responding to your comment because you are a respected member of the forum, Elite and a forum moderator.
Your missing the point of my post.
Your statements are consistent about the environment I described in my previous post. That those who have the time, energy and money in the game are going to enjoy these changes. They are excited by the prospect of more wars and cropping people. I'm all for accommodating your style of playing the game, but it encroaches with our casual gaming style. The problem is not my army size, (I have always maintained my army without the danger of being cropped) however, the ability to amass my troops and make a strike is prohibited by:
1: The distance to the target
2: The problem of having my crop resources stolen while my army was en-route
3: The inability to find/acquire the resources needed
4: The inability to recall, negate or counter the problem without spending money.
5: We will always be subjugated to players that are more active ("elite") than us.
How does this make the game more enjoyable? How is this not costing us in some way? I have always enjoyed the complexities and strategies involved in this game, it's subtlety is the best aspect. The game play style though has not been changed to make your type of play richer, (you have always had the ability to pvp, wage war, and crop people) but the game is now forcing players like myself to compete and engage in pvp which was not our primary interest in the game and we are not geared for that style of play.
Unfortunately the danger from this is your going to lose players that don't enjoy pvp, until only players who are share your style of play remain in the game. The changes made to the server are deterring activity from an already active and casual player base. If we leave, all you will have left are other pvp members. How stale would the game be if it was only pvp, all the time?
The problem is they removed an aspect of the game in an attempt to make the game "richer" and more exciting. However all they accomplished was to increase the tedium of the gaming experience. This is why we feel the game needs to be re-addressed.

Re: Server Merge ISSUES!!!!
@lynnia and anyone else...
Here's the thing......
You think you're any different than anyone else?
Everyone is facing the same problems as you are, the difference between the good generals and the bad is that one is thinking outside the box, developing strategies to maintain their troops while one is shutting down and giving up.
You are crazy in your sentiments! I scoff at the idea that you think you'd starve trying to raid a lv6 fort! Preposterous! And you're so deluded in your grief that you don't even want to try and give Haypi a chance now!
I have never and never will use oases. Why? Cuz that opens my troops up to being killed when I can't control the outcome. I rely on me and me alone to feed my troops and I regularly field a monstrous army.
Let me repeat.....YOU DO NOT NEED CROP OASES TO MAINTAIN A HUGE ARMY!!!
additionally, on my server, the freshly minted s104, I see unoccupied crop oases all over the map! Do you need to wipe your iPhone screen? Is the glare hindering your vision? Why aren't you seeing what I see?
Stop complaining and instead consider tactics that will allow you to compete. Oh wait! I forgot in your fourth paragraph you proclaimed how upset you were that you were being forced to compete! Lol go play farmville if you don't like competition!

Re: Server Merge ISSUES!!!!
I agree Taem, at the start of the merger I was struggling to keep my army size, I enjoyed a little moan about in it AC but I quickly made the decision to lower my army size slightly and take level 8 oasis, they might not be as good but there was less likelihood of them being stole and it kept my negative crop to a minimum until I could find and occupy level 9s.
The same with forts, I had couldn’t find a good farming spot so once again I strategized to find inactives, and within a few hours I had found a good spot.
My only real complaint was I starved because the maintenance lasted more that 1 hour.
R.I.P troops
