It's a logical fallacy to assume anything you don't believe in, and could possibly be fake, is not. See Creationism vs. Evolution.

All I know so far about their placement is it is random per server - and new accounts are not created in a 40 square area around it. If you know an area on your server map which is mostly blank, that's a good start.

On s13 it is within the central 300 squares; it's not something hidden on the edge.

Interesting aside: we only found the point when we mapped the server for all the forts. When we did this, we discovered there is a pattern to the map, it repeats like wallpaper. If there is a "perfect spot" you've always wanted, but is occupied, rest assured there will be at least 3 identical copies of it

Blatantly fake considering the image quality of surrounding oases and that of the random ass "temple" found on Google. The image I posted further shows how simple it is to just add something to the map. If you'd like I can change the levels too.

Yeah ... I rushed it lol. Wish I'd taken the time to properly match pixel size / find a more obscure image, but I was at work. :p
