Seriously guys, you have all seen the posts that tell you an update is in progress of being released, and now you want another post made to say the exact same thing?! The update is waiting approval, end of story. Stop being difficult.

Not really what I'm saying Spears, Wicker maybe but not me. I'm saying that more communication in general would be a good thing.

Yes I agree, and have mentioned a more active presence in the haypi news section, but wickerman is being difficult and impatient, an frankly, we don't need that right now

What he saying is he taking the opportunity to take a personal pot shot at someone with an illiterate comment ;) Guys hang tight and the patch will be out, I'll be right there with you celebrating since I'm having to reinstall haypi at least 20-30 times a day to get chat to work. I would love support to give me hour by hour updated and know exactly what's going on but that isn't fair to them when they trying to run a business. Just have some patience and msg mods/support if something happens that needs immediate attention.

We're not asking for an hour by hour update just more communication in general. You exaggerate and try to make things look worse than they are.

Not my fault you don't take the time to read the posts and understand them before you post.

Usually it takes 2 weeks around for apple to approve and sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you Tracy.

See that's all we ask, even the little things like that are better than nothing at all and I know that I'm not asking for much more than what Tracy just did. Wicker may ask for more.

Rico heres a question for you and id really like you to be honest about it. When this bug was first reported dont you think that support could of quickly drafted a letter and mailed it out and possibility stopped alot of people from getting this bug? Or do you think thats also to much time taken away from trying to fix this issue?
