The CEO usually hire people to do the jobs that aren't as important as managing. CEO manages the players and business. Moderators just manage the players.

Moderators are in a sense just CEO helpers.

We don't need a head mod, it's basicly just an ego position anyways, we have support 1 and 5 who are keeping in close contact with us 5 player/mods...digi, syl, shade, Rico, and myself. We will all work together to keep forum running smoothly
