Buying a level 15 manual and horse- worth it?

Um.. all of the top 200 (that play) have max speed. I say get the max speed!! It's a great addition. I have a cav army and having max speed helps. even if you don't have a cav army, you get to attack first if you have higher speed and that can be difference in winning and losing.

I got lucky and someone was quitting so he gave me his horse and manual for free=) lucky day lol
