Mutes without Warnings?
That's more fair but I'd heard that experts were no longer allowed to give a warning

Re: Mutes without Warnings?
We ask that all experts give warnings initially, muting someone without warning for doing one thing isn't appropriate, considering said person may not know the rules, didn't know a word was filtered and so forth. It really depends on the circumstances, the context of the conversation and the flow of the chat topics....

Some experts must believe the instamute thing because I've witnessed and experienced it many times all I want to avoid is unfair mutes

Re: Mutes without Warnings?
experts arent perfect so we might misread a situation or make a mistake. . .we try to be fair and do our best to control chat. . .all we ask is that the other players do their part and behave;) hopefully we can all do our job correctly to prevent unnecessary mutes

Or, is muted for racist or perverted jokes....and so on
Totally agree and honestly if an expert has to mute 80% of the time it is for good reason. Now the other 20% is for those experts that are not following the rules and chose to go rogue. For instances like that it's suggested that you take ss and send to support so they can handle it

Re: Mutes without Warnings?
i am making a list for example for each player i warned muted... nthere are different lvls... 1st time 3 warnings 2-4 th time 2 warnings 5-6 time 1 warning
7+ 0 warning... sometimes im changing the list a bit, depending on how bad he avoided the rules

Re: Mutes without Warnings?
This idea of warnings must be given is also flawed.
When the offender agreed to play the game, they agreed to the rules which must be followed.
If they choose to break the rules, it's their own loss. Why they moan cry shout and scream about it is beyond me.
And if they're even getting worked up over a 5hr mute, that really dais something about their life.
Warnings shouldn't be a requirement. They should know the rules.
They reap what they sow.

Re: Mutes without Warnings?
New players are not required to accept an agreement at sign up, the rules are stated in forum and sent as on game letters...they don't 'agree' to follow the rules, but the concequences of not following them will get the player banned....
