to make a 900 by 900 map instead of 600. boot all the inactives if need be

My "mini" server was 300x300 aka 9,000
A normal server is 600x600 aka 36,000 spaces.
This server would be 900x900 aka 81,000
Not as big of difference but still

better than 1,200x1,200 >.<

I think deleting inactives is a good idea, but i think its better to delete if not online for 2 years not a month! it would be scary that i dont play for a while and my entire account is gone
