Archers are only good if you are versing just infantry otherwise they suck

I'd just use archers to have something to laugh at. If you want a shield use inf, it's less crop consumption anyways.

Use a few archer to attack 2 enemies at once

you could, or just build way more cats to take them out faster. It's not like you need to take out more than 1 unit a turn. first cavs, than archers, than cats, then inf (inf takes longest to attack)

yea, But you would want to kill all the archers before since they can start attacking a little after cats.

archers work well situationally. 9 archers kills a catapult, so they work well with swarms. plus they are faster which allows you to attack smaller targets such as 2k inf left out you send 5k archers and it takes you 5 minutes instead of 15 if you had sent catapults. with higher speed archers can also do serious damage to cats. everything has a purpose

if u sent 5k archers at almost any number of cats ull probly lose cats have alot more range than archers and if u do the same thing i do when attacking ull win with no cat losses

i was saying if someone leaves out 1-2k infantry over night from training or if they are just inactive, the time saved by using archers is well worth it.
