It's hilarious that Haypi cannot even have the decency to post any progress or info.
To help you out here are some suggested comments for support to use in these situations :

"Sorry server is down we have had a server breakdown/hack and we are working on it. We estimate..."

"We are on holiday for a month, so see you in new year when we reset all your accounts to 0 and you can start all over again"

"Our Tech does not know how to fix and the receptionist is having a go"

"Is the server down, nobody told us. Ok yes it is down...errrm...what do we do...where is the on/off button ? Ok that was the microwave !"

"We can't be bothered anymore so [frack] you all"

I really miss playing. How will I know when its back up?
My troops are dead now, but I can rebuild, the alliance troops are going to take months to rebuild.

Hey veridion ya soon as its up ill post here and dl army is already dead as we only got 100-k crop for the 25k arch build but this is unbelievable support has said nothing about if or when its fixed all troops should be returned but tbh the hole server will suffer alliances to and support best way to fix it is turn bk clocks to before crash or they will have so much ppl lettering them that it will probably crash it again so only time will tell and the ppl who run army's as i do will be hit hard but in not going to get my army back as hk don't like me as much even with all the ss of hk mess up of my losses in the past not once have i git bl what i lost only 60% of my losses so if i don't get bk my full army i will only manage Ðarklands will not build a single troop again or buy one more coin .....

I miss playing, I was just starting to get somewhere.
I really don't mind my troop loss but the aliance troops took months to build.
I am sure they will fix it, they must have had a big crash.

Ya i know buddy but last i saw in dl we lost the lot only 25k arch but in hoping hk support get there fingers out there a s s and at least tell us there doing something ;•(

Okay.... So we are coming up on 2 full days of NOT being able to connect.

Will they bring my troops back from the dead?
Will the refund the wasted coins people spent to build troops that are now dead?
Will they refund the money spent buying crop that we didn't get?

2 days and NOTHING from support. Not even an ETA on the fix or memo saying they are working on it... NOTHING......

Come on! Whats up with that?

I'm beatn up every CHINK i see from now on untill s133 is up.an running!!!!

Update i manage to log a alt and most top lv5 mine holders starved ne & bw but all map troops i scouted have not starved but this ant the problem now as ppl are duplicating Dailey gift items Estones resources chests (coins unknown) but even refrel bonus a guy kept taking it over & over last i saw he made 800k pp from taking refresl bonus 1 now this needs to be rest ive all Ss to prove this but as most of u know me I've sent support Ss b4 with no outcome or actions towards them so ill keep u posted and updated i did post all Ss in s.133 pal group and sent a few to our server expert now if server ant reset to b4 crash them ppl cant get away with this and if they do or no reset done i wont play hk well not 133 again that's for sure but i will say this i know how to play hk coinless i will play a new server without spending a single penny on another coin and the player who are on s133 right now duplicating items im hopping support has ur ip address and act name coz if they don't they will soon i promise you can call me what ever u want but i wont stand for players cheating us legitimate players .....
