It's hilarious that Haypi cannot even have the decency to post any progress or info.
To help you out here are some suggested comments for support to use in these situations :
"Sorry server is down we have had a server breakdown/hack and we are working on it. We estimate..."
"We are on holiday for a month, so see you in new year when we reset all your accounts to 0 and you can start all over again"
"Our Tech does not know how to fix and the receptionist is having a go"
"Is the server down, nobody told us. Ok yes it is down...errrm...what do we do...where is the on/off button ? Ok that was the microwave !"
"We can't be bothered anymore so [frack] you all"
